Polyamid 6/6

 

Ultramid Polyamide A: Among the unreinforced polyamides from BASF, Ultramid PA 66 along with Ultramid T is the material with greatest hardness, rigidity, abrasion resistance and thermostability. Ultramid PA 66 is one of the preferred materials for parts subject to mechanical and thermal stresses in electrical, mechanical, automotive and chemical engineering.

    Ultramid A3XG3 BK20562 is a 15% glass fiber reinforced injection molding PA66 grade with improved flame retardance and enhanced long-term heat stability. The grade is based on red phosphorous and exhibits exceptional mechanical properties and outstanding surface finish. Flame performance has been determined to be V0 at 0.8mm per the UL94 method.

    Ultramid® D3WG12 HMG (HMG14 HS) BK00102
    Ultramid D3WG12 HMG BK00102 is a 60% glass reinforced, injection molding grade of PA66 offering high strength and stiffness. Due to inherently lower moisture absorption, Ultramid D3WG12 HMG BK00102 shows improved retention of mechanical properties after moisture conditioning. In addition, molded parts possess an exceptional surface finish.
