How we earned it: BASF HQ's LEED Double Platinum (Roof Edition)

A sustainable building can only be so with a sustainable roof: it's the proverbial icing on the green-building cake.

 

Which is why, in pursuit of the highest Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) status for our new North American headquarters, we installed a high-performance ELASTOSPRAY® Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roofing System.

Multiple polyurethane products were used throughout construction, all contributing to the LEED Double Platinum status.
