BASF's Neopor supports West Virginia University's design team in U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon

What: The U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon 2013 challenges collegiate teams to design, build and operate cost-effective, energy-efficient solar powered homes.

Who: West Virginia University presents Preserving Energy with Appalachian Knowledge (PEAK) which integrates innovative technologies and passive design techniques to maximize energy efficiency and support sustainable design practices. BASF provided the team with Neopor rigid thermal insulation for use in interior walls, through our customer, Opco.
